Write a cover letter asking for exemptions from taking an English test as per Australian Nursing board requirement –  Admission Services – Personal Statement

I have called them up and asking if i could write a letter asking for exemptions, and i am allowed to do so. The reason i am asking for exemptions. It is because i have done a lot of studies and also work in aged care for more than 6 years. According to Australian Nurses Board, As a student Nurse, we are requires to take and English test if we haven’t done 5 years full time studies. I have only done 4 and half years, and i only need few more months to get 5 years full time studies. I have just finished my studies. However, i cant get my registration yet because i dont have enough paper evidence that i have done 5 years studies. However, i can write a letter asking for exemption to undertake english test, provided i have strong reason for it. I also asked my clinical nurse manager to write a letter about me during working with her in aged care and also asked my clinical educator to write a letter what they saw whilst working with me during my clinical practical.
Could you please write at the last passage asking them to reconsider so that i dont have to take an english test. Below i have attached the link for nurses board requirement.
