Restorative Justice

I need a dissertation writing on the subject of Restorative Justice. I do not have a specific question but the following are a few ideas I have that you could take a look at to see what you could come up with and possibly link some them together to form a sensible body of work. The word count for my project is 10000 words but I am only asking you for 4125 as I plan to use your work as a template in order to expand on. With this in mind you may choose to work on maybe 2 or 3 of the areas below and advice me on 1 or 2 to do myself in order to produce a completed piece of work. I will happily take your guidance on this in the same way I will if you can think off or feel that the areas I have highlighted below need some adjustment, as long as you stay on the general path of what I am trying to do.

• How effective is Restorative Justice as a deterrent against reoffending in the UK?
• What affect does Restorative Justice have on the perpetrators of crime in terms of their aptitudes towards committing crimes?
• What are the possible positive on crime rates for more serious crimes given that serious criminal often start of with petty crime (that Restorative Justice aims to combat) before evolving to commit more serious offences?
• If Restorative Justice was expanded to for part of the sentencing for more serious crimes (i.e. murder, where the offender was made financially liable for the family of the victim for example), what effect would this have on crime rates in this area?
• Compare Restorative Justice or other sentencing practices around the world (i.e. the death penalty, whipping and chopping off of limbs etc.) what are the crime rates in those countries for the relevant crimes, i.e. does that work as a punishment?

I would prefer a UK writer for this as it is based around practices in the UK, however if you feel that a writer from elsewhere is able to do the job better based of expertise I will be happy with that also.
