-Appreciation and respect for contribution and work done
-Be open for comments and suggestions about work as long as it will bring to the betterness of the project

*What worries you about the group?
I am worried about conflict. I noticed that our group is enthusiastic and open about this group project, and it is possible for misunderstanding and opposition of thoughts and ideas. I am also worried about time. All of us have our own plans for holidays (vacation, work), and it might hinder to our target time and plan to finish the project smoothly.

* What do you think the group should do to ensure the most possible outcomes?
-Full cooperation is a must (Commitment)
-Good communication is essential for a positive outcome. It there any thing needs to be added/changed in the project, everyone must be updated by any means (thru text, email, facebook group). If there is something unclear about the project, he/she should not be shy to ask.
-Support from each other
-Establish a level of trust among the members
