Have you selected an aspect of service delivery and designed an assessment tool for assessing and evaluating the performance of an individual?

Have you presented the first part of the assessment in tabular form outlining the criteria against which they should be assessed?

Can this tool be used in an appraisal situation?

Have you included your assessment tool as an appendix?

Have you demonstrated your appraisal of the appropriate literature and can justify and evidence your assessing and evaluating practice?

Have you indicated to the examiners that you have a good insight into the subject area?
Questions to ask yourself include
Did you support your work with up to date literature?

Did you use up to date government documents if applicable?

Did you provide a balance of the opposing viewpoints?

Did you deviate from the subject area?

What comments were made at the formative stage and have you addressed them?
