4. Which of the four phases was most critical in the transformation for each?

7. Did you find research about the organizations outside of the textbook that shared the current situation of the organizations? Do you see the results of the transformation on the company website? Provide your findings.
8. Using information from the textbook and other readings, what else could the organizations have done to impact the transformation?
9. What, in your opinion, did the organizations do well, and how would you have improved the transformation?
10. The final summary statement in the paper should be your conclusion on which organization did a better job in transformation.
