While the work they do is sensitive, there are alternatives to having this known to the employees while ensuring that a respectful relationship is maintained with employees and that motivation is high.
Motivation of employees is one of the greatest necessities in modern companies. It ensures that employee productivity is high and labor turnover is kept at a minimum.
