Students must complete a detailed analysis of their selected Florida DEM plan organization to draft a meaningful strategic plan. Students will submit a copy of their selected organization’s current strategic plan and provide a two-page single-spaced narrative of their analysis and findings. • Take a look at the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Florida DEM plan. Framing your response in the context of what Bryson has to say about mission statements, is this an effective statement?
• On page 17 & 18 the plan discusses the process used to create the plan. Is it similar or dissimilar to Bryson’s Strategic Planning Approach?
