3. Use primarily academic sources – such as the material on Moodle, but also relevant sources you have identified yourself, by searching Google scholar for instance. Quote the full source in the reference list using the Harvard system (if you use material from academic journals that you have sourced online, you will just be consulting electronic versions of print journals, rather than websites), just as you would it if was a print journal, even if you accessed it online.
4. Avoid relying on websites, and try not to use them as ‘academic’ sources, but treat them as primary examples/illustrations (e.g. company websites). Websites tend to be primarily commercial in their orientation, and lack the depth that you need to support academic work, so please use academic sources (journal articles, books, book chapters) and not websites as your main source of material.
