In this study I’m going to explain my entrepreneurial activity is sea food restaurant with aquarium for choosing the fish and the restaurant will be enjoyable by watching sea animal in the aquarium, children can learn about the fish. The first objective is deliver a fresh sea food (life fish) and give customer free to choose the kind of the fish from the aquarium

The second objective is give the customer chance to enjoy by watching sea animal in the aquarium. Studies going back as far as the late 80’s have shown that gazing at aquarium fish reduces stress and subsequently lowers blood pressure. (Sharpe)

 

Smart objective :

our plan to sell product that not available in desert city like Al Ain, selling fresh fish (life fish) and to be only if not the best restaurant provide fresh fish to customer in the city. excellent destination that attract tourists to the aquarium.

the initial cost investment will be AED 400,000 and recover the capital cost within the first year. second year our goal to attract more tourists to be more than 50% form our customer.

When can achieve this kind of enterprise and there are sufficient resource in United Arab Emirates such as Dubai Mall aquarium and Burj AL Arab Hotel.

In United Arab Emirates there are two restaurants providing some kind of service that we are willing to provide it.

We can establish this business and start sell after one year. reach the break even point in six month.

the Power Seafood restaurant will planned to open in Mall because too many tourists came to mall and they can visit the restaurant easily. The restaurant will employed a professional chief in seafood & high skillful team work because the rank of restaurant will depend on quality of food that restaurant will introduced it for customers. Power Seafood will needed tracks to transfer fish ( live Fish) from marina to restaurant.
