Assessment 1
The portfolio assessment will examine the body of knowledge derived from a range of learning outcomes covered early on in the module and allows students to undertake research and investigations and make conclusions on business cases. Portfolio contents include 3 ITEMS WHICH ARE:
(1) a simulation game report relating to an operation�s business performance;
(2) a 500 word written personal reflection on operational business decisions made within the game;
(3) and a 500 word written case review, BASED ON A SEPARATE ALLOCATED CASE.
Note that the result of the game will not be used to determine your mark for Assessment 1; it is pertinent though that the outcome is used to inform the personal reflection and to enable you to show what they have learned from the simulation experience.
