my topic for the research is “Implications of Human Resource Management Strategy for Facilitating Employee Motivations” a case Study of the Fly Emirates, UAE.

this assignment is a second assignment which is a continue for previous assignment that i have attached called “Assignment_RM” for you, please read it before you start this one.

– in this assignment, i have to do word and excel sheet, both:

in word document, you should place the 20 questions you used as a survey for 20 participant. and 5 question you used for interviewing 3 managers. you should submit the questions surveys for employee working in fly emirates, so they can answer and return it back to you to analyze their answers. same thing for the interview, you should interviewing 3 managers in fly emirates and receive their answers for analyzing the data.

after you gather the data (answers from surveys and interviews), you should then do an excel document, you should place the data analysis: charts,graphs,diagrams,Data tables, SPSS, Measures of Central Tendency (mean, median, mode)and Measures of Variability. make sure with full description of they mean and what we can understand from them.

my instructor/professor asked me to attempt the following:

A. Complete the design of the surveys, to include the following:

– Personal Interviews: To be conducted for three individuals, with five questions each.

– Self Administered Survey (or Phone Interview): A total of 20 questions, to be administered to a minimum of 20 participants.

B. Conduct the interviews and survey. Use an excel workbook to organize all captured data. Collect all quantitative data in an spreadsheet, and all qualitative data in another spreadsheet in the same excel workbook.

C. Analyze the data. Quantitative analysis would include all five statistical descriptors studied in class, and it is up to you how to apply the analysis to variables and questions. Qualitative analysis would be done based on a case study approach, unless your project needs a grounded theory approach.

D. Make decisions based on data analysis and draw recommendations that would help with redressing the dilemma’s concerns. (in word document)
