Use concepts learned through the semester (like individuals responsiveness, elasticity, preferences, opportunity cost, supplier induced demand) to provide synthesis of this article. 

* In your post, consider how the recommendation by the authors can be applied to an area of health care you are interested on (e.g., long term care, nursing facilities, acute hospital care, etc)
