      • When? Send April 18, 2022 with a deadline of April 22, 2022.
  • Secondary: Which topics will you research in reference to the problem or opportunity? 
    • Example: 
      • Topic: XYZ sports bar/restaurant to introduce vegan items on the menu (an opportunity)
      • Topics for article research: Growth of vegan consumers; Current vegan fast food options; Demographics and diet preference ; Plant based meat in fast food restaurants
