Assignment Instructions

Make a list of the barriers to your own preparation process (e.g. I dont know how to use the library, or I have young children at home who make demands on my time).
Having identified some of the things that make it difficult for you to prepare, now think of at least one way to overcome each obstacle you have listed. You may need to be vulnerable in developing your strategies. Maybe you are unsure how to overcome your obstacle… be vulnerable, lean into it, and ask for help. 

My barriers would be:
Being a business owner and the demands with balancing work and school.
Having anxiety and ADHD making it hard to concentrate.
And being a parent of 4 children.
