In Module 4 SLP, you are expected to:

You can provide actual examples, and then link to literature that will describe communication as a really important aspect of IP work. If, let’s say, you’ve identified jargon as a problem, you could then move on by providing an example of how it was dealt with, and how it improved (if it did), or at least refer to sources that discuss how communication should ideally be handled.
