Now that you have collaborated with your facilitator on your unit lesson, your task in this module is to create performance objectives and learning outcomes (depending on your philosophy of learning—e.g., constructivist or behaviorist) for the chosen lesson. This assignment is to be completed in the following two parts:
1. In a Word document, list 4–6 performance or learning objectives you want your learners or clients to demonstrate before they can achieve a level of competence for this particular unit. The listed objectives must describe a specific performance or action that you want your learners or clients to accomplish after completing the assigned tasks. Note that the action items or objectives must be measurable. Include a 200-word explanation as to why you believe these objectives are appropriate for the chosen unit.
2. List learning outcomes for each performance objective you selected. Include another 200-word explanation that justifies the learning outcomes based on the listed objectives.
