The Oxford Books Company (OBC)1 has recently developed a web-based system that enables customers to get
information about various books as well as buy them. The company sells a variety of new and used books at cheaper
prices. The management of OBC is pleased with the web-based system as it would be more beneficial for the company

books sale. After testing the system with some users the company decided to make the system online and to allow

The OBC management wanted such problems to be fixed. They planned to develop a new system which is free from the
