Paper instructions:
The article review should represent at least two peer reviewed journal articles relating to an area that you believe should be addressed in your organization (something relevant and of interest to you if not employed). It should fit one of the main themes of the text and be appropriately connected not only to the text but the organization and articles used. It should (a) describe the organization and identify what needs to be addressed, (b) present the articles being used and how the information relates to the major theme in the text and, (c) how it applies to the organization. The paper should be between 6-8 pages of content in length.

I am in the military and I work for the government. I have a previous article review that I did and at least one of the two articles relate to this class and my current job.
