a case study of a specific relationship between your placement organisation (A primary school) and a partner agency.(PARTNERSHIP PROVIDES COVER SUPPLY TEACHERS)

I am studying a BA honors in working with children young people and families so my case study work needs to meet this degrees requirements. I am an undergraduate student so I would like you to use simple straightforward English as an undergraduate student. Also can you please use ‘English’ references and ‘English’ words in my assignment not ‘American’ please. Even though choose an English writer to do my work this seems to be the case all the time and me telling you now will save me from giving it back to you and getting it done again. Also I did not know whether to choose a education writer or sociology but I have picked education if this cannot be done feel free to change it to a sociology writer. As my degree is quite broad in different topics.
This assignment is a case study of a specific relationship between my placement organisation and a partner agency. My placement was at a primary school and the agency that was in partnership with it was ITN Education which is a agency that works with the primary school and supplies it with supply and cover teachers. I have attached notes about this agency which you will find. Also I have used other names in my assignment for this school and agency as for confidential issues. I have done introduction to give u a head start to complete my work for me and I have also attached the plan which you need to follow as a step to step guidance. Please read the lecture notes and include the policies, theories, and legislation, partnership models which will link and please include them. Can you please also use the reading list for research and other English references please.
? This is a reflective case study i.e reflecting on an aspect of partnership working. It is an academic piece of work so therefore you MUST use references to back up your findings/observations.
? NB: This is NOT a case study of services around a child/family. It is not an individual case study.
? Also you will not have to talk much about the school and the agency history because I have already done that in the introduction. However you will have to talk about the partnership of my work placement school with the agency which supplies it with cover teachers following it with the plan I provide you with using the lecture notes and reading.
Introduction which I have started for a head start: this is also attached with more points.. Feel free to change the introduction if it as any mistakes or needs anything else included in it.
This case study identifies the concepts of working in partnership and examines the level of its responsibilities. The case study highlights the partnership between the professionals from a primary school and an agency that operates in the event of staff absence. The analysis are based on a primary school which works for the public sector and the agency that is a limited company. My placement took place at Twinkle primary school which is a very large school that had opened in 1984, was set up by the Birmingham local authority and has 1085 pupils attending. The school follows the government requirements with the participation from local education department and is registered with Ofsted. Twinkle primary school and Shirley education have been in partnership for eight years. Also Shirley Education is one of the UK’s largest agencies that has been established in 1999 which specializes in education recruitment for teachers, SEN specialists, nursery and support staff into schools and nurseries by providing unique quality of services. However Shirley Education provides cover supply teachers to Twinkle primary school such as professional QTS teachers and teaching assistants due to emergencies to support pupils and other staff at that period of time. I have chosen focus on a primary schools and this agency which work together because both organisations work within the greatest interest of children. For this reason the analysis of the case study will help me reflect efficiently both settings through identifying were the core values of the organisational, personal, professional have played a role within this partnership working aspect as well as examining and showing understanding towards between core values. Hobert and Frankel (2002, p.5) that placement is basis of which to examine efficient practice in service, also by becoming aware of its role. As a result, having such opportunities can be very advantageous in terms of analysing strengths and weaknesses for future reference. Following this idea, this case study will identify the public and volunteer sectors of service providers. Furthermore, the analysis of the concepts relating to the two organisations working in partnership and a reflection of what could be done differently that helps to promote education and care system in key stage two setting will conclude an important conclusion.
Then follow this plan: which is also attached.
