Khawarizmi is offering many programs at present like short courses, diploma program, Bachelors program and English language program. To make its program better and focus on its weakness, it is doing a survey. Each program is given a numerical code like short courses (1) and so on to record the answers of the student. It interviews a group of student and the possible responses are:
Short courses (1)
Diploma program (2)
Bachelors Program (3)
English language (4)

The responses for a sample of 100 students were recorded (using the numerical codes) and saved. (To be created by student himself. 1st row is created for reference).

Use Ms-Excel statistical functions to perform calculations and give answer to following

a. Construct a frequency distribution table using statistical function and write the steps.

b. Compute mean (average) and coefficient of variance of the data
i. First by using calculator and standard formula
ii. Secondly by using MS-excel statistical function
iii. Is there any difference in the answers of above mention question? Justify your answer.

c. Draw appropriate graph with all labels and titles that summarizes the information.
