• Have leadership attributes where I could manage a group of people and have a complete control over them i.e. supervise team members, assign them tasks, and deliver report on individual performance.
• Possess good communication skills that would enable me to communicate effectively with team members

• Gained various marketing skills such as marketing research, marketing planning, and marketing channels, through my degree in UTS. Weaknesses:

• I am outdated since my last working experience was back in 2008 due to continuous education
• When working in a team, delayed work freaks me out because then I tend to think that it will affect the deadline.
• Sometime I feel frustrated when my boss give me bad feedback without motivation

Threats:

• Completions with other market professionals in getting a job
• Most marketing jobs in my country (Saudi Arabia) are being outsourced.
• Poor salary in marketing jobs especially graduate or entry-level jobs
• Most of the marketing job in my country required master degree
