In this class, you have been studying airport design including airside and landside portions of an airport. For your research report, you were to construct your own airport. Review the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) entry for the magnetic compass (see the attached file). Do you feel this is/is not a grounding item and what action should the FAA take?
