In this assignment, you will be assessing how well you communicate. You will first take a communication quiz; then, you will provide a short reflection based on your quiz results.
Part 1: Take the Communication Quiz
- Go to http://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newCS_99.htm and take the communication quiz to measure your communication skills.
- Take a screenshot of your quiz results. Note: You will be submitting a screenshot of your quiz results along with your reflection.
Part 2: Review the feedback of your quiz results and create a refection discussing your results. You will write a one to two (1-2) page paper in which you:

Unit VIII Mini Project
For this assignment, you will create a communication strategy that fosters change and innovation in an organization. Explain the context in which it occurs and the options that are available. Develop a solution that will solve the organizational issue and meet the needs of the people involved.
Feel free to use the same organization you researched for the Unit VI and Unit VII assignments. You are not limited to this organization, but it may be easier to complete the assignment since you have already researched it for Unit VI and/or Unit VII. You can use the same sources for all assignments, if applicable.
In the report, you will provide a potential audience analysis, create a purposeful message, and discuss a type of channel that you could use for feedback. Include answers to Neal’s (2010) communication questions, which are listed below:

Assignment Instructions
This essay should be a 750-1000 word essay focusing on the poetry we have read during Weeks three and four. It is due at the end of Week five. Do not use the poems you used in your initial posts during weeks three and four. I will be checking.
This essay will be the first in which you will use some sources. While it should primarily use passages from the poem to discuss as evidence, it should also reference 1-2 scholarly sources from outside of your textbook.
The essay should be in MLA essay format (see the sample essay for an example of an MLA formatted essay).
The essay must have an MLA format works cited list that cites all sources used.

Please cite from your chosen short story, and do not use any other additional sources in your work. Your interpretation must be at least 500 words, but no more than 750 words.
