What is the situation?
I prepared myself to take the (PMP: project management professional) exam, I registered for a preparation class at (x) chapter and successfully finished it after 24 hours within 8 weeks period. The problem is in the experience requirement, PMI required 5400 hours of experience and it should All project management experience must have been accrued within the last eight consecutive years prior to your application submission
Ok, I have (7800 hours of experience) but its distributed beyond the eight years from now date!? PMI considers the work experience which had been done long back more than 8 years from now expired. I dont understand this view because experience something tangible and accumulative regardless of when you made it !!! I understand that every industry gets developed and improved with time but the main principles and concepts definitely remain the same and never changed for example when they built the empir
