i need to write Competing and Substitute for my product. our product is a dating app. the competitors we think should be other dating app and substitution should be other personal safety app and  i need to write the Competing and Substitute chart and some part of five force chart(C, C1, C2, D2 and D4, E, E1, E2)

Date Wise is an online dating app that will let individuals meet, plan a date, and go out together all in a safe manner. The app will partner with restaurants and other entertainment places where two people can schedule a reservation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, or an activity such as bowling or rock climbing and the establishment will know that the individuals met online and be able to keep an eye out for safety issues. Within the app users will be able to set preferences in age, gender, distance as well as more specific details such as hobbies or education level. Many people now a days are scared of online dating due to the increase in frightening situations such as sexual assault, with Date Wise the app takes away the fear of being in a random place with a complete stranger and no one knowing where you are. If something were to happen, the establishment would have the names of the individuals on file and be able to call for help. In a restaurant setting, waiters and waitresses would be able to keep an eye out for red flags and check up on the individuals. During the date, if something were to go wrong, the individual can file a report as to what happened and the other user will either be removed or have a warning set on their account.
