Create a HR Q/A dashboard

I need a dashboard built that shows:
– KPI’s for the various areas including totals by month / year
– number of errors per request
– a rolling “outstanding issues” on the second dashboard

Headings are in the workbook. Can you keep the “data tables” separate from the pivot tables, and let me know where you have placed them
