Its like uae is a new country and was a new life for many expertise but now local and younger generation graduated and they need to be employed in these position and this is threatened many expat in UAE, so there is also difficulty in passing the knowledge, they don?t want to give the chances to these ?fresh and want to work locals. And they spred or have this stereotype about the locals and that they don?t want to work and they are lazy and they don?t care for being on time because they already have money. And these type of issues. I hope you understand me. ?Please refer the issue to the case and give another example and relate them to the theories that are listed in the paper. Choose 4 ?if possible. ?
