Give examples of when you saw the problem, how it played out (e.g., details of interactions/exchanges), and your sense of what the negative consequences of the problem could be/are for the organization and its employees. 2. Then, formulate at least one research question based on the problem you described. Use the checklist in OLeary and Hunt (pages 52-55) to assess your research question(s). (1 sentence)

3. Would your research question benefit from a hypothesis? If you believe yes, formulate a testable hypothesis. If you believe no, explain your choice based on what you have learned in week 3 (see page 47 in O’Leary & Hunt). (1 paragraph)
