Efficient interagency collaboration can be challenging for a number of reasons during strategic, operational, and special event planning. After reading a State’s process for plan development, cite issues that could arise during a multiagency planning process. How can a planner (or team of planners) overcome these issues? Would a “core planning team” and an “expanded planning team” in a plan development process face similar or different issues?
