Erik Erikson discussed 8 stages of development that most people experience as they move through life. Interview 3 people (one of which can be yourself) who are at different stages of life. Consider the following questions:

What is their age and gender?  use young adult female 35 years of age im in college or if easier use college aged female any age you choose is fine
What stage of psychosocial development are they currently in using Eriksons framework? Describe the challenges associated with the stage that each of your subjects is experiencing.
Have they experienced and overcome the crisis Erikson associated with this stage?
What experiences led to the resolution of the previous stage, successfully or not?
Explain Eriksons theory to the person you are interviewing if they are old enough to reflect on their experience. Can they identify a stage that felt particularly relevant to their development?
Summarize what you have learned about Eriksons theory from this exercise. Do you agree or disagree with this theory of development? If you disagree discuss what you would change or an alternative model that you prefer.

Your assignment should be approximately 5 pages in length. Remember to use APA formatting. You should have a minimum of 4 references. The textbook can be one of your references and you should have 3 additional peer reviewed journal articles as references, one for each of the three stages that you are reviewing.
