For this assignment, you will write a 4-6 page essay assessing the quality of a product or service with which you are familiar. Your introduction should follow the upside-down triangle format that we have discussed in class. Within that structure, your introduction should clearly establish the criteria that you will use for evaluating the product or service in question, and it should identify these criteria in the middle of the introduction (before the thesis). Your thesis should come at the end of your introduction and should explain how your product or service rates in each of the evaluation criteria that you have identified.
