Do a critical evaluation of US responses to these issues at the federal, state and local levels (when applicable). The same questions apply as in project #1 — what goes wrong in these issue areas, , what efforts have been made to improve our responses, what problems are we likely to encounter when another attack occurs, have we created more problems while trying to solve the existing problems? It may be useful to consider how the problems you found in the reforms in your first paper relate to the particular issues in your second project.
These are the questions from the first project of the course which was about 9/11 terrorist attack:
1. What were the most important failures preceding ?
2. What were the major proposals for reform?
3. Choose two reform domains . Ask whether they have addressed the original problems and if they may have created new problems.
