Write a feasibility study, addressed to your employer, that compares either two or more solutions to a problem in your workplace or two or more products or services that your organization might purchase.

Feasibility studies help organizations to make decisions by presenting detailed evaluations of different options that organizations might pursue. They might address the purchase of new equipment, the location of a new store, a change in a manufacturing process, etc. For example, if a company is considering the purchase of a new computer system, a feasibility study might evaluate three different systems to determine which system best meets the needs of the company.

The feasibility study proceeds by establishing specific criteria, applying these criteria to the different options, drawing conclusions about each option, and making recommendations based on this analysis. Your opinions, beliefs, or preferences have no place in a feasibility study. A successful feasibility study will give the decision makers in the organization all of the information they need to make the choice.

Address the same issue, or some aspect of the same issue, you addressed in your proposal. However, because this is a different document with a different purpose and different audience, it must be a wholly new document. You should not cut and paste passages from your proposal.
