The worst place to work target organization addressed by our team is Asian Pearl Seafood restaurant. It is a service business, which locate in Fremont, California. It provides Dim Sum and fresh seafood cook in Hong Kong style to customers.
One of our teammate works as a part-time assistant manager in there. He is demonstrating menu knowledge to help guests to order. Besides that, he also has to handle the complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. He assists with manager and works as a team with other waiter and busboy. However, when he is providing service to the customers, no waiter and busboy come to help. Especially, when the customers making complaints, the managers don’t provide guideline and help for him. In other word, there is no trust and support between managers and employees. Because the culture and language different, there is lack of communication between managers and employees. Employees are not satisfied and low performance, their behavior toward customers for negative as well as bad service.

The questions are :-
-Problems with group dynamics and teamwork? Ineffective problem solving and decision-making?
-A need for more creativity?
-Poor conflict management?
-Leader/Management problems?
