Organizational Restructuring Memo

Review John Kotter’s 8 steps for change management*. In the Memo to the staff, explain what needs to be done for the change for each step.

The focus of this assignment is to create a plan for the change in the organizational structure stated in the scenario below.

You are the head of HR and the leaders of your organization just approached you to restructure the sales team.
