The proposed project will incorporate a survey instrument to address the primary objectives and will include a series of questions regarding human resource management practices in the healthcare setting. It is expected that this information will play a critical role in determining how to increase resource capabilities in the healthcare organizations located in the city of Agra, India as appropriate.
