Be specific – refer to examples rather than making general statements. Connect your feedback to principles of good teaching. Comment on positive and negative aspects, starting with the positive Make sure that any negative comments are constructive – e.g. give suggestions on what could be done differently Be realistic. Focus on what your partner can change. Prioritise your feedback. Focus on the most important things. PS: I watched the student’s practice microteaching , she was a bitnervous , the teaching was too deep flow very well. etc.The bridging was not goodBut he did have activity.I know you did not watch the teaching.You just need to make up something to write

10 Incorporate authentic and relevant assessment tasks that are aligned with learning outcomes.
