Your company is about to introduce a very innovative device that would facilitate smart working from home, improve life-work balance within families, and develop a less hierarchical organization. The company is planning to use the Hofstede analysis to select their first foreign markets. What dimensions of this model would you use and why?  Please list at least one country that would be a favorable destination and one country that would not look attractive. Explain your choice.
