Is it ever ethical for a union officer to serve as a member of the board of directors of a company that her union bargains with? Explain. If so, under what circumstances? If not, why not?
If it is acceptable for a union officer to hold both positions, how can they meet their fiduciary duties to serve in the best interests of each organization?
