Its a work book activity. I will attach the format in which it should be done to this. I AM ALSO Attaching a sheet of case scenarios. The case scenario I have to do is Caser scenario 3.

The workbook consists of three workbook activities, each marked separately, that you will relate to an occupational therapy client scenario. Activities 1 and 2 are completed in Session 1; Activity 3 is completed in Session 2.
You are required to submit the completed workbook tasks individually, and assignments will be checked for evidence of plagiarism and collusion. Each activity, however, will be commenced in class time and you may work in small groups to discuss each case scenario. Worksheets, with detailed instructions and sections for your responses for each activity, will be provided in class for use. Electronic copies will also be made available on the subject Interact site, so that you can prepare a typed, printed copy for submission. You will be guided through each stage of each activity by the class tutor. Following is a brief description of each activity:

Workbook Activity 1 – Occupational Performance Model (Australia) and Physical Rehabilitation Module
You will be allocated an occupational therapy client scenario. For your client scenario, you are required to:
1. Develop an occupational image and 4 hypotheses.
2. Use the OPM(A) to analyse an occupation relevant to your client scenario.
3. Identify biomechanical/sensory-motor difficulties you believe your client may experience, and how these may impact on everyday tasks and activities.
4. Write three occupational goals related to your identified concerns.
5. Select an appropriate rehabilitation assessment tool to use with your client scenario.

Rationale
