Your paper must be framed using the problem solving paradigm in your introduction and identify what theories you will be using in your introduction. Conduct your analysis and offer any resolution/recommendations to the problem you are discussing. This can be a problem / situation you experienced in the workplace or one you have heard or read about. It tends to work best if it is a problem you have some familiarity with instead of something you make up.

The Problem-Solving paradigm is the framework This paradigm asks the following:

Who made the bad decision?

Did the decision maker have enough information to make a good decision?

Did the decision maker have an incentive to make a good decision?

Another point that the lecturer uses to cast doubt on the reading is privatization of space travel will not accelerate the rate of scientific discoveries. The lecturer claims that commercial space will delay discovering and innovation and as results, serious space research may suffer. However, the reading only states that privatization of space travel will accelerate the rate at which important scientific discoveries occur.

Finally, the professor stated that, on the contrary of the reading, it is impossible that the space travel will give the whole taxpaying for public. In other words, the private space tourism will pay huge taxes for like billion dollars to build space stations and so on. In fact, all taxes will pay more to support the vacation of space tourists. This contradicts the final idea of the reading passage because it only says that the costs are paid for by the whole taxpaying public.
